Meet Fabio Zenato from Veneto in Italy

On Thursday 8 May 2025, you have a unique opportunity to meet one of the great personalities in the world of wine.
Zenato's wines are known for their power, flavour and high quality. This evening accompanied by small dishes from Ristorante Bellini in the heart of Ebeltoft.

We will taste 10 wines:

Rosé:

Bardolino Chiaretto, rosé 2024

1. Dish: Bruschetta with tomatoes, fresh basil and freshly grated parmasan.

White wines:

Bianco di Custoza 2024

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2024

2. Pair with two wines: Vitello tonnato - veal, tuna cream, capers and lemon.

Santa Christina Chardonnay 2024

Lugana San Benedetto, Veneto 2023

3.course for two wines: Mushroom risotto with fresh thyme and parmasan .

Red wines:

Valpolicella Superiore 2021

Rosso Veronese - Alanera 2021

4. pair with two wines: Grilled aubergine with parmesan and basil.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019

5. dish for 2 wines: Beef with butter-fried potatoes and red wine sauce.

Recioto Classico 2019 - 50 cl.

6. dish: Tiramisu .
