"The heavy boys"
Our wineries are selected with great care. We need to feel relationships with the people who make the wine. Preferably less than 5-10 hectares of vineyards.
Wineries that prioritise quality and perhaps don't think too much about quantity.
We have direct contact with and visit the families who own and run these wineries.
We will taste 10 different wines:
2 Whites from Friuli - Italy2 reds from Tuscany - Italy
2 Reds from Rioja - Spain
3 Reds from Ribera del Duero - Spain
1 Dessert wine from Friuli - Italy
the "wine pusher" Ivan from Perfect Wine swings by to share knowledge about the creation of wine, from the grape to the finished bottle.
We'll be tasting top wines from Tuscany, Rioja and Ribera del Duero!
At the tasting, Tage, the proud butcher, will serve a steak with accompaniments.
Leave the car and join us for a cosy evening.
The price for the event is DKK 495 incl. wines and steak.
