So of course we have it at Hos Walter!
The original old recipe originates from the house next door to Hos Walter - Nørrebakke 10. The house was restored a few years ago, and it was during this process that the recipe was discovered.
After a long period of refinement and many attempts, the modern Molbo Bitter was finally a reality. The bottle used is a model from the 18th century - a contemporary bottle that emphasises the uniqueness of the product. Molbo bitters taste of liquorice, honey and bitters. A truly special experience.
